Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, tax computations/estimates, and yearly budgets.
• Support quarterly forecast exercises and create monthly cash flow statements and projections.
• Prepare weekly fund management reports and conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
• Perform yearly loan reconciliations to align with accounting records and outstanding loans.
• Manage applications for new, renewal, and extension of bank guarantees.
• Handle withdrawals from the Housing Development Account per regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documentation for project loan withdrawals and process payments to contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Liaise with bankers, debtors, creditors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Collate data for management reporting and provide insights for decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

• A detail-oriented individual with experience in finance or accounting.
• Proven ability to manage cash flow, budgets, and reconciliation tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Experience with IFCA/ MHW is a plus!
• Strong organizational skills, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
