Executive Finance

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this full-time Executive Finance role is a crucial position within the finance and accounting team at the C.S. Yap Group of Companies' office in Klang, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Performing financial analysis and providing insights to support business decisions
• Maintaining and improving financial systems and internal controls
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external auditors
• Supporting the implementation of financial policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., ERP, accounting software)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
