Job description

Our client, is a leading Malaysian company offering comprehensive solutions to the oil and gas industry. Responsibilities:

  1. Facility Maintenance & Upkeep
    1. Conduct routine inspections of facilities on a weekly or monthly basis
    2. Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed
    3. Coordinate with contractors for major maintenance work
    4. Ensure that services provided under LOA comply with agreed terms and conditions
  2. Utilities Management
    1. Serve as the main point of contact for resolving utility issues
    2. Assist with the application and termination of utility accounts
  3. Tenancy Agreements
    1. Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of tenancy agreements
    2. Assist with communication and follow-up regarding rent payments and lease renewals with landlords
  4. Licensing and Permits
    1. Ensure timely payment of all company licenses
    2. Monitor and renew company registrations and licenses as needed, and handle correspondence with municipal and authority offices
  5. Office Automation Maintenance
    1. Oversee the maintenance and management of office automation systems
    2. Address and manage complaints related to office automation
    3. Assist with new applications and terminations of office units
  6. Property Assessment
    1. Support in monitoring and managing property valuation for banking purposes
    2. Assist with property valuation agent visits
  7. Building System Management
    1. Coordinate building access management systems such as face recognition and biometric systems
    2. Liaise with service providers and provide reports as requested
  8. Facility Management Financial & Performance Oversight
    1. Assist in reporting operational expenses and identifying any anomalies
    2. Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for Group FM
  9. Company Vehicles Maintenance
    1. Manage and oversee company vehicle usage and the application and termination of company petrol cards

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management
  2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or a related field
