In This Role You Will
1. Enterprise Risk Management
- Assist risk function to conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments for the company.
- Assist in preparing quarterly report for the risk reporting to management and board.
2. Business Continuity Management
- Update and maintain business continuity related documents.
- Assist the function to test and simulate BCM plans to ensure readiness during crises.
- Promote a risk-aware culture through workshops and awareness programs.
You're A Great Fit If You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience during internship in risk management or business continuity.
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Basic knowledge in risk management and business continuity management.
- Ability to understand various business models, objectives, and operations.
- Critical and strategic thinking to conduct risk assessment.
- Comfortable with research and possess good presentation skills.
