Provide technical expertise and manage the operation of Central Control Room (CCR) and operation related contracts.
Ensuring smooth running of the system without any major disruption.
Advise CCR on recovery procedure for Baggage Handling System as and when applicable.
Monitor BHS Contractor performance.
Support airport operations according to technical and operational standards and best practices.
Provide technical input and assist in managing 'Manpower Supply for Baggage Tub Management' and 'Baggage Recovery Operation' Contract and ensuring tub management and operation running smooth, inclusive MTB (1,2,3), SAT (4,5,6 and 7), and BHS Tunnel.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
Lead and manage the Center Control Room based on the QoS by MAVCOM.
Adhere with Company’s policies, procedures, guidelines, local/international regulations and legislations, quality management system, EMS, OHSAS, Green Globe 21, and any other certifications.
Keep abreast of new technology in order to properly plan for future enhancement and efficiency improvement of the assigned airport system and facilities.
Assist on the special projects in order to ensure the assigned airport system and facilities requirements are properly addressed.
Coordinate effectively and timely between Internal and External Stakeholders during any system crisis and emergency situation.
Analyze technical and financial data and recommends for continuous improvement action.
Man Power Arrangement.
Manage maintenance Activities (Spare Part & Tools).
Manage Contractor & 3rd Parties Activities.
Prepare PPM Checklist auto-generated and SOP monthly Engineering.
Checking and acknowledge check sheet submitted by Technical Officer(TO) or Technician. Key-in N/F and work order and other related with SAP.
To follow up and resolve all BHS operational issues among stakeholders.
Closely monitor the Control Center Room (CCR) staff.
To help to develop management skill and competency among BHS shift staffs.
To keep abreast with BHS related latest technology and best practices in the industry.
Skills
Sound knowledge in operation management, contract management, quality management system & SAP.
Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills.

Internal
Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering OR
Must achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years of at least Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B; and Minimum Meet Expectations / C.
The employee must not be subjected to disciplinary punishments except for disciplinary counselling, caution, reminder & warning for the past 36 consecutive months immediately preceding the promotion.
