Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests on maintenance, repair & overhaul of MTU Diesel Engines and Monitoring system.
• Prepare quotations inclusive of manpower requirements, duration, spare parts, and overall cost.
• Follow up and track record of all works and requests from customers.
• Assist in preparing work scheduling, monitoring and maintaining the program of delivery and timeline.
• Coordinate and discuss with relevant departments on manpower, special tools, and spare part requirements.
• Prepare and submit spares requisition to management for approval.
• Track record and follow up spare delivery with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with relevant parties for work execution, review, and monitor work progress.
• Solve issues raised and provide advice/recommendations on work progression for further improvement.
• Track and report to the manager on the progress of MRO works.
• Compile all relevant documentation and bills for invoicing.
• Evaluate project performance and present to management for review.
• Prepare, submit and review forecast work for budgetary purposes.
• Assist in preparing business plans for yearly projections and forecast business.
• Any other duties and projects assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably engineering or equivalent.
• Required language(s) to converse, read, and write excellently: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 0-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in SAP systems and basic engineering knowledge is an added advantage.
• Able to work autonomously in a demanding environment and possess hands-on problem-solving skills when necessary.
• Able to interact with all levels of the organization including senior management and external parties.
• Relationship builder, strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work internally and externally in an effective and efficient manner.
