Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensuring smooth benefit processing and off-boarding support for all employees.
To govern and maintain Group data by conducting a periodic audit. Interfacing with local data owners, ensure corrections are executed, followed through, and updated promptly.
Review, introduce and implement HR operation's process flow and policies.
Responsible for proper data flow and integration in EC System. Support reorganization by performing batch data upload in EC System.
Able to churn and analyze all types of HR reporting; Table, Dashboard, Tile, and Canvas.
Initiate improvements to internal HR processes, systems, and communications towards enhancing service experiences.
Continuously explore new features and functions delivered by SAP with Governance and/or IT team quarterly to improve process efficiency.
Partner with HRMS and IT on projects such as Data Integration and e-document implementation
Review audit findings and implement corrective actions
Participate in and manage any ad hoc HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science & Business Administration or any related field with a minimum of 3 years related work experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
Presently occupying the role of an Executive. Strong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system, specifically in Employee Central, employee movement, expatriate management, compensation & benefit processor across all levels is an added advantage.
Ability to adapt to the fast-paced business environment.
Resourceful, excellent interpersonal skills, exude creative thinking and solutions.
Proficient in HR operations process flow and SOP.
Familiar with using SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, Deputy Attendance, and Power BI systems (additional advantage).
