Executive, Employee Benefits Sales Support

To perform quality support and services to the employee benefits (“EB”) clients and intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and manage sales support to improve turnaround time and service levels.
  • Involved in day-to-day EB sales support activities.
  • Prepare and send renewal invitation emails to clients and intermediaries.
  • Source for quotations for events and do comparisons on shortlisted proposals.
  • Undertake and assist with all administrative tasks related to EB.
  • Assist in event organizing and sales campaign monitoring.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required.

Key Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong sense of commitment and teamwork.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
