About the role
As a Marketplace E-Commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing brand presence on various ecommerce platforms. You will be responsible for driving sales, improving visibility, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple online marketplaces. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on operational management.
Responsibilities:
● Marketplace management - manage catalog including images and description, prices and day to day operations on multiple platforms
● Sales and Performance - plan pricing, promotions, data analysis, maximize revenue
● Inventory and Order Management - manage inventory on all platforms, fulfillment time and rate
● Relationship management - Coordinate with Customer service, Logistics, Marketing team and Buying team for optimum results
● Customer experience - manage seller ratings, reviews, build customer loyalty, and customer returns
About the requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Retail or E-Commerce related fields
● 2 - 6 years of experience and specifically Marketplace experience of Shopee, Lazada or with Enabler like ADA, Gtech etc or sellers on online platform
● Familiarity with SEO, Digital marketing a plus
● Good with numbers, Excel and data analytics
● High English proficiency and Chinese language knowledge is a must
