Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

The opportunity:

Executive, Distribution and Store Replenishment

As the Executive, Distribution and Store Replenishment, you will manage the store replenishment process, liaise with stores for active SKU replenishment, and coordinate top-up quantities for events such as new store openings and promotional campaigns. You will work with the Merchandising Team and Regional Planning Team to execute allocations for new product launches, oversee return management from stores to the warehouse, and optimize store replenishment parameters to ensure product availability. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to enhance store operations, including inventory management, good receipts, and testers management. Regular store visits must be conducted for the success of the role.

  • Managing the store replenishment process (auto replenishment and manual pushes)
  • Reviewing and monitoring OSA performance of each store on a daily / weekly basis and identifying corrective actions through root cause analysis
  • Conducting a rigorous inventory management process such as RtV, stock rebalancing across stores, and liaising with both Regional Planning, Stores Operation and Logistics teams for the execution
  • Topping up quantity for specific events (eg. New store opening, animation, promotional campaign)
  • Working with Merchandising Team and Regional Planning Team to execute allocations for newness / product launches across stores / animations
  • Supporting return management from store to warehouse
  • Reviewing periodically store replenishment parameters settings in Relex and recommend adjustments to the Regional Planning Team for optimization purpose
  • Reviewing assortment accuracy (minis, etc.) and flagging discrepancies to the Space Planning Team
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize store operations (in-store inventory management, good receipts, GWP, replenishment schedules and frequencies)
  • Partnering with logistics and regional teams

We would love to hear from you if you are/have…

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required
  • At least 1 year of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or inventory management, preferably within a retail environment
  • Experience in managing store replenishment processes, inventory control, and stock optimization
  • Experience working in retail operations, including coordinating with store teams and managing product allocations for events and promotions
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as merchandising and warehouse operations, to ensure seamless product availability and store operations
  • Analytical skills to identify opportunities for optimizing store operations and improving inventory management practices
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs, market conditions, and technological advancements
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders
  • Independent and able to operate with some supervision
