Executive, Digital Marketing

As a digital marketing expert, you’ll work on high-budget performance marketing campaigns across multiple client verticals.

You will also experiment with various growth strategies with a drive for results. Brainstorming sessions and monthly discussions with field experts are a bonus, with loads of learning opportunities!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company’s goals
• Conduct market research, understand the target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities
• Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, like email, social media, paid advertising and search engine optimisation
• Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
• Design website banners and assist with web visuals
• Communicate with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners
• Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a Digital Marketing or similar role
• Diploma (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns
• Email Marketing Knowledge: Experience crafting, segmenting, and optimizing email campaigns (e.g., using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot) to drive engagement, retention, and conversions
• Analytics Proficiency: Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns
• Basic Data Analytics Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulations (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables), and the ability to create tables and charts for data visualization and reporting
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
