Executive, Customer Service (Telemarketer/Outbound)
CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Telesales Customer Service Executive. We need a self-motivated person with strong communication and negotiation skills. Your duties include identifying potential customers and setting Free Test Drive appointments / Video Car Tour.
Your Day-to-Day
- Perform outbound calls based on leads assigned by Team Leads via CARSOME’s CRM system and also handle leads via CARSOME WhatsApp platform.
- Attend to customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME’s used car business, products, and service offerings.
- Support customers in account registration, test drive appointments, and car booking.
- Proactively persuade customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelled.
- Proactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotions.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using CARSOME Telesales tools provided.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: SPM/Diploma/Degree.
- Able to work under a fast-paced environment; must have a positive mindset and be sales-oriented.
- Candidate with high integrity in values; prior professional experience in the automotive industry preferred but not compulsory.
- Candidate must be willing to work alternate 6 days and on public holidays and weekends.
- Office location: The Ascent Kelana Jaya.
- Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication skills; Mandarin is a plus.
