Executive, Customer Relations Management ( URGENT - 1 YEAR CONTRACT)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests, including issues with property handovers and defect complaints.
  • Work with other departments to improve the customer experience through retention programs.
  • Make sure customer complaints and inquiries are tracked and followed up on, aiming to resolve them quickly.
  • Attend weekly meetings with site teams to ensure defect management is running smoothly.
  • Carry out customer satisfaction surveys during handover processes.
  • Work with authorities and internal departments to resolve customer complaints.
  • Participate in customer relations programs to boost property value and company image.
  • Ensure all activities follow company policies and procedures.
  • Take on any other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills: clear, concise, and friendly.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work well in a team and multitask effectively.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Professional appearance with a pleasant demeanor while on duty.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Property Development, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the property industry is a plus.
  • Friendly, attentive, and confident when handling customer inquiries or difficult situations.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowing other languages is a bonus.
  • Able to commit to a 1 (one) year contract.
  • Prefer immediate starters. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
