• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Customer Service or relevant studies.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is considered an advantage.
• Candidates with their own transport and a valid driving license are preferred.
• Willing to work based on 2 shifts: 8 am - 5 pm and 11 am - 8 pm.
• Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday (on a rotational basis).

Job Description:

• Handle daily customer calls/feedback/enquiries.
• Update public complaints in SWM complaint system.
• Constantly monitor and follow up actions with CRM Executive at branches.
• Check Whatsapp for any complaints/enquiries and act accordingly.
• Perform Admin and User System Support.
• Handle and monitor systems related to CRM function.
• Submit relevant reports to Customer Service Manager on daily/weekly basis.
• Perform/assist in any task as instructed by CRM Manager as needed.
