We are looking for an experienced Credit Control Executive to join us. This role is essential in executing and managing credit control activities for our property development projects, focusing on strata and township residential projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience and thrive in a fast-paced work environment with excellent time management, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage progress billing, reminder letters, termination notices, and other documentation effectively.
- Ensure the timely closure of monthly accounts receivables.
- Provide timely group reports for unbilled sales and prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports for management.
- Monitor and follow up on collections, focusing on accounts receivable aging, and monitor closely during progress billings.
- Ensure billings, termination notices, and reminder letters are carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
- Apply knowledge of HDA, Strata Management Act, and other relevant regulations in daily tasks.
- Handle the process of delivery of vacant possession.
- Issue utility bills such as electricity charges to owners/tenants.
- Answer incoming calls from purchasers, end-financiers, and solicitors.
- Assist superiors with any assigned tasks as and when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration is also acceptable.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in credit control, particularly with property development projects.
- Proven ability to work independently with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and persistence in dealing with collection challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Inquisitive, organized, meticulous, and systematic.
- Knowledge of the Wiz developer system is an advantage.
- Knowledge of property management and sales administration is an added advantage.
