What you'll be doing:

• Providing analytical and research support to the corporate finance and investor relations teams.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial models, presentations, and other client materials.
• Gathering and analysing market, industry, and competitor data to support strategic decision-making.
• Participating in the preparation of regulatory filings and disclosure documents.
• Maintaining and updating investor relations databases and communications.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple client engagements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (clients, investment bank, lawyers, auditors, market researcher, fund management companies, analysts, publication and media outlets) to ensure seamless execution of projects.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, banking and investment, business or a related field.
• Strong financial analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint/Canva and other financial software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
