Executive - Compliance @ PEN

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To oversee Compliance issues for MASB Sarawak/Sabah/Northern region and assist in coordinating with Compliance units such as Quality Management Unit, MAHB, Safety Health and Environment Unit, MAHB, etc.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To facilitate execution, maintenance and continual improvement of the overall integrated management systems.
• To facilitate meetings or consultation sessions with airports.
• Compile and summarize QA issues/initiatives (e.g., problem solving, PDCA concept, survey analysis, identification and escalation of significant QA issues) from the Airports team.
• To conduct periodic reviews, assessments, surveillance, and/or ad-hoc audits on all certified processes and systems.
• Compile and summarize audit reports, track corrective actions/preventive measures, and analyze audit data for management reporting systems as well as updates for management meetings.
• To close findings/NCR audits from CAAM/DOSH/DOE/Internal Audit/SIRIM/ICAO/MAVCOM by following up with airports.
• Compile and analyze actions from customer feedback, complaints, and ASQ/ACSPP results.
• To identify potential and preventive risks regarding Risk assessment/HIRADC/Aspect & Impact.
• To ensure effective implementation of accident/incident reporting and investigation.
• Ensure smooth implementation of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 certifications program.
• Streamline the reporting process between headquarters and MASB airports.
• Ensuring the NCR finding is closed within the targeted date.

• Possess good communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
• Good supervisory skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide related recommendations.
• Good in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English, and must be computer literate.
• Customer service oriented with a pleasant personality.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possess analytical & critical thinking. Attentive to details and possesses investigative nature.
• Knowledge of legislative aspects/regulatory.

Relevant Industries

• Degree in Law/Economics/Business/Finance or any equivalent.
• Added advantage if master in Compliance with airport experience.

Education

Degree in any discipline, preferably in Law/Business Administration Management/Finance/Economics.
