Executive, Compliance and Quality Assurance (HK Support, ePension)

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in monitoring pension administration processes and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and service delivery standards.
  2. Provide support in the setup and execution of quality control framework and quality plan for pension administration.
  3. Support management and investigation of customer complaints and operational incidents, compile reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Conduct UAT testing and support in trustee onboarding and data migration.
  5. Review and update procedures and guidelines on quality management monitoring, complaint management, and regulatory reporting.
  6. Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or equivalent education.
  2. Having experience in pension administration/financial industry preferably.
  3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Self-motivated, detailed-oriented and willing to learn.
  5. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking internal or external parties.
  6. Strong analytical, good interpersonal and organizing skills.
  7. Capacity to multi-task, manage time effectively and work under pressure to fulfill assigned tasks by the timeline.
  8. Proficient in PC skills (MS PowerPoints & Excel & Word).
  9. Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience with demonstrated ability and interest in the position are welcome to apply.
