Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review, assess and make right and accurate decisions in IGL, FGL, and liaise with Panel hospital on PC admission into related information.
• Manage the HAS portfolio including monitoring the HAS daily productivity and managing issues, work with Agency and Panel hospital and give right feedback in appointment and monitoring of panel hospitals.
• Perform claims assessment and approval of payment for HAS including monitoring, approving within authority limit & ensure claims (benefit) amount are paid within agreed TAT.
• Assist in major and minor claims assessment and approval based on authority limits.
• Manage customer complaints/enquiries through CSM, e-mail or written complaint and provide feedback/response.
• Monitor and review work system and processes to ensure effective and efficient operations of HAS and implement process improvements where appropriate.
• Prepare daily and monthly statistics, analysis for reporting to management.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Insurance and Risk Management or any field related to Insurance or Takaful, preferably with Biomedical Science background.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of basic life products (inclusive of its functionalities/technicalities) and operational processes for at least 3 years will be an advantage.
• Customer focused with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work with a positive attitude & excel under pressure.
• Self-motivated, love challenges and working with people.
• Articulate and proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Lotus Smart Suites applications.
