Job Opportunity: Executive, Business Development (Domestic)

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic Executive / Senior Executive, Business Development (Domestic) to assist the Deputy General Manager, Business Development (Domestic) with the day-to-day operations of the department. The role primarily focuses on supporting business proposal preparation, internal management approvals, and tracking business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
• Assist in preparing business proposals and internal management approval documents.
• Oversee business processes such as tracking business development initiatives, periodic reporting, and department budgeting.
• Coordinate various departmental duties, including consultant appointments and roadshow coordination.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies or Built Environment Studies.
• 1 to 3 years of total work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a junior role.
• Strong knowledge and skills relevant to the position.
• Proficient in written and spoken English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working with limited supervision while keeping the immediate superior informed.
• A team player who understands the importance of synergy in teamwork.
