Travelling to visit the various operating entities of the Group in different locations should be viewed as a bonus and not a bane as this is a prerequisite for this position.

The individual will have an overview of the Group at an early stage of your employment and have access to practically everything e.g. financial aspects, product strategies, business developments and plans.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to become a Head of a company or an entrepreneur one day.

The Job Responsibilities will be but not limited to:

• Serving as a trusted liaison and representative of the CEO’s office and the Group of Companies.
• Supporting ongoing business operations and group communication by undertaking project work, including information collation, documentation, meeting organization, and presentation development.
• Providing the CEO with professional and financial insights on business plans and opportunities.
• Identifying and proposing solutions to issues arising from business execution and operations.
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders, staff and management of the Group companies and departments.
• Coordinating with senior and junior management related to engagements and activities from CEO’s office.
• Any other duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Able and enjoy to travel domestically and internationally, as and when required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changes at short notice.
• An avid learner with an optimistic personality.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Remuneration ranging from RM15K to RM30K based on experience and qualification.
• EPF, medical and hospitalisation benefits.
