Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director/CEO, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
Prepare and organize documents and presentations for meetings, ensuring all materials are ready and available.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the Managing Director/CEO.
Serve as a point of contact between the Managing Director/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects and presentations.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Assist in drafting and reviewing communications, including emails, reports, and correspondence.
Participate in the planning and preparation of departmental budgets and expenditures.
Support the Managing Director/CEO with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Ensure the efficient operation of the executive office and streamlining of processes and procedures.
To manage communications and assistance to Board of Directors.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
