MEP Enviro Technology, a part of MEP Group of Companies, was established in 2005, dedicated to the recovery and recycling of all types of waste materials. The company's main objective is to provide a total waste management solution that satisfies all health, safety, and environmental requirements.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant / Senior Executive Assistant to manage company projects and expansion initiatives. This role involves extensive local and overseas travel to ensure smooth project execution, stakeholder coordination, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-level administrative support, meeting coordination, report preparation.
  • Assist in strategic planning and business operations, including overseeing project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external parties, relevant departments, and regulatory authorities for smooth project operations.
  • Track project progress, report updates, and identify potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling and documentation.
  • Facilitate clear communication and follow-ups among internal teams, external parties, relevant departments, and regulatory authorities.
  • Handle confidential matters professionally.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for project meetings and management decision-making.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and feasibility studies for projects and expansion plans.
  • Travel extensively for site visits, project meetings, and company events.
  • Implement project management best practices and process improvements.
  • Support budgeting and financial tracking for cost control and resource allocation.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance throughout project execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align project goals.
  • Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Executive Assistant / Project management or business expansion.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (local and overseas).
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
