Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals related to marketing campaigns, and business operations.
Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration between engineering, marketing, and other teams.
Conduct research and analysis to support business strategies, technical developments, and market trends.
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management, ensuring smooth coordination across engineering and marketing functions.
Assist in handling customer or client communications related to technical and marketing matters.
Process incoming and outgoing mail/materials for the Chief Operating Officer.
Prepare agendas, send notices and attend meetings and work sessions for the purpose of providing information, recording minutes, and supporting the needs for other attendees.
Assist in liaison with potential investors and ground arrangements for foreign investors.
Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
Manage correspondence, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Marketing or equivalent qualifications
Min 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field is preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word especially)
Strong interpersonal skills, good team player and willing to learn
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, able to proactively determine priorities and appropriate sequencing
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
