Executive Assistant to CEO
Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all materials and logistics are in place.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage email and written communications for the CEO.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and department heads, ensuring smooth information flow.
- Assist in strategic initiatives by conducting research and preparing summaries.
- Support the CEO in following up on key projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align activities with business priorities.
- Coordinate special projects, corporate events, and board meetings as required.
- Oversee office administration related to the executive office.
- Manage and track expense reports, invoices, and budgets related to the CEO’s office.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or other dialects), Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or theme park industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
