Executive Assistant and Market Research Coordinator (Fresh Graduate)

The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:
Market Research & Analysis:
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis as directed by the EVP.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the EVP, providing data-driven insights.
- Aid in the preparation of meeting materials, ensuring content is aligned with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and alignment on goals and timelines.
Administrative Support:
- Manage the EVP’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all logistical aspects are covered for business trips.
- Organize and maintain documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate, attend, and take minutes during meetings, ensuring all action items are documented and followed up.
- Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail), ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the EVP and internal/external stakeholders.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within the organization and externally.
- Prepare agendas for meetings and ensure that minutes are accurately recorded and distributed.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables from meetings.
To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and/or Marketing or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- The candidate must be willing and able to travel within Malaysia or outside Malaysia with valid passport.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin as this role is required to communicate with internal and external stakeholders that speak and write in Mandarin.
- Work location: Bukit Jalil (Nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil).
