Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and operational matters
  2. Making appointments, coordinating business schedules, itinerary, minutes of meetings, and general correspondence
  3. Handling confidential matters for the supervisor as instructed
  4. Willing to take on more job responsibilities when the need arises
  5. Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required
  6. Assist with daily office activities or operations
  7. Receive, direct, and relay telephone, fax, and email messages.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum diploma in business studies/administration/management, secretarial or equivalents
  2. Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive, and flexible to changes
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English
  4. Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations
  5. Strong interpersonal and management skills
  6. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  7. Positive thinker, IT literate with multi-tasking abilities
  8. Willing to travel when required
