The Role

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to executives, managing expense reports, and offering executive support. The role will also involve communication and general administrative assistance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  2. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  3. Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
  4. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  5. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  6. Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.
  7. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
  8. Organize and manage special projects as needed.
  9. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Ideal Profile

  1. You have at least 1 year experience within a Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the IT industry.
  2. You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
  3. You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
  4. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
  5. You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
  6. You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
