Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Perform daily administrative tasks and filing for documents
  2. Attend customer enquiry and provide followup
  3. Develop customer relationships and propose solutions
  4. Set up appointments and arrange daily schedule
  5. Prepare quotations, proposals and invoices to customers
  6. Prepare timely and accurate report to management
  7. Manage company director and supplier database
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  9. Embrace technology and keen to learn new things
  10. Ability to define problems, analytical and able to generate creative solutions

Job Requirements

  1. Min SPM / Diploma or equivalent in related field
  2. Fluent in English & Mandarin
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  4. Experience preferred but not essential
  5. Discipline, self-motivated and independent
  6. Computer literate
  7. Able to travel when required
