SALARY RANGE : RM3000 - RM4000

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Produce contract documentation and change controls and ensure timely signatures by authorised personnel
• Collate contract document and proactively gather and process relevant data for effective contract management
• Develop effective working relationships with contractors
• Assist with service reviews and actively follow issues through until satisfactory resolution
• Monitor supplier’s performance against SLAs in relevant contracts
• Participate in projects as required
• Act as a back-up to other team members during absence / leave etc.
• Attend relevant meetings as required

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:

• Can speak and write English to an advanced degree
• Experience in applying Air Cargo standards when developing requests for proposals, negotiating terms and drafting contracts
• Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions.
• Displays confidence in public settings, and in front of an audience
• Is a fast thinker – able to solve problems on-the-go and adapt quickly
• Willing to travel
• A team player
• Displays high attention to detail
• Has strong values and integrity
• Is calm, especially under pressure
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and has used it in prior work
• At least a diploma, any discipline
• 2-4 years work in the aviation industry
• Understands IATA SGHA rules and regulation
