The Executive, Group Governance will play a vital role in supporting Group Governance related initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The role reports directly to the Group Chief Governance Officer.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support on Group Governance related matters, including organizing meetings and associated administration.
Prioritize and manage projects and activities in an expeditious and proactive manner ensuring successful completion.
Undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions and related duties as assigned, from time to time.
Proactively follow-up on important tasks and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
Maintain an organized system for tracking, monitoring and prioritizing tasks and projects.
Required Qualification and skills
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
High level of confidence with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent ability to take minutes at meetings and manage follow-up actions.
Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines with minimal supervision.
Technologically adept and possess excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work on own initiative within a complex, fast paced and challenging environment.
Strong ability to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner.
Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and accuracy.
