• Handle the preparation of General Ledger (GL) full set of accounts.
• Handle the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Responsible for preparation of Audit Schedules and Tax schedules.
• Handle the preparation of subcontractors accounting budgets.
• Update project cost details.
• Prepare annual budget with inputs from various departments.
• Operational and administrative functions related to utilization, maintenance, and operation.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the related position.
• Knowledgeable in Property Management Accounting Standard will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with IFCA system.
• Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in Jalan Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur.
