Event Specialist

Job Responsibility

1. Responsible for producing all event decorations/props.
2. Unloading equipment from trucks and setting up venues for events.
3. Working under the instructions of an Event Manager.
4. Adhering to event safety standards.
5. Inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking against an inventory list.
6. Packing up equipment when the event is completed.
7. Any other duties as assigned by the Superior/Management from time to time.

3. Willingness to learn and ability to take on additional responsibilities.
4. Creative, artistic, and detail-oriented.
5. Must be able to work non-traditional hours and to be present at each event that they are scheduled.
