Job Description

Event Planning and Execution:

• Plan, organize, and execute various events such as conferences, seminars, product launches, and corporate meetings.
• Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Develop event programs, schedules, and promotional materials.

Marketing Activities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
• Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive event and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and media contacts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in event planning and marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for event planning and marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably possess own transport.
