Event Manager – Venue Operations & Spatial Experience

We are looking for an Event Manager – Venue Operations & Spatial Experience to oversee ground operations and craft immersive event experiences that engage attendees and reflect the future of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all event logistics with venue partners, suppliers, and event organizers.
• Manage on-site production teams, ensuring seamless event execution.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to align objectives.
• Oversee ground operations and implement spatial design concepts to enhance attendee engagement.
• Handle administrative duties, event documentation, and project timelines.
• Participate in project management meetings and provide event support to the wider team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in Event Management, Venue Operations, or Spatial Design for large-scale industry or ministerial events.
• Experience managing major tech or industry conferences with a focus on logistics and attendee experience.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities for on-site event challenges.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of emerging event technologies and their application in immersive experience.
