Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager at Crowne Plaza Penang Straits City located in Butterworth. The Event Manager will be responsible for organizing and managing events, from conception to completion. Responsibilities include client consultation, planning, budgeting, coordinating logistics, and vendor management. They will ensure events run smoothly, handle any issues that arise, and deliver exceptional service to clients and guests.

• Problem-solving and ability to handle pressure
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings
• Proficiency in event management software (i.e Delphi), PMS system (i.e Opera) and MS Office Suite
• A minimum working experience of 2 years in event management
