Company Background:

We are representing a Fintech company that specializes in Investment products. As they are expanding, they are looking for an Event Executive to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to the Marketing team in implementing and executing webinars, seminars, and marketing activities and collaborations for the company.
2. Strategically plan, conceptualize, and execute all event coordination with the internal team and external parties, including business partners and suppliers.
3. Monitor and report on campaign execution and effectiveness.
4. Establish relevant communication needs and channels for promoting events, internally and externally.
5. Prepare necessary documentation related to local office, organizer, and vendor management for events.
6. Support and assist with cross-functional departmental tasks and initiatives.
7. Provide the department with monthly reports and research-based activities.
8. Execute departmental administrative work related to sales and finance, and external parties involved in marketing campaigns and activities.
9. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit performance reports.
10. Execute and assist with any other tasks required by the Company or Marketing Events.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Corporate Communications, Advertising, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
2. Good command of English and Chinese; additional language skills are an added advantage due to business nature.
3. Good written and presentation skills.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and personnel.
5. Sufficient computer skills, i.e., Office-based and webinar programs.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Occasionally, work on weekends may be required for events.
