Event Executive (Fintech Industry)

Company Background:

We are representing a Fintech company that specializes in investment products. As they expand, they are looking for an Event Executive to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Marketing team in implementing and executing webinars, seminars, and marketing activities.
• Strategically plan, conceptualize, and execute all event coordination with internal teams and external parties, including business partners and suppliers.
• Monitor and report on campaign execution and effectiveness.
• Establish communication needs and channels for promoting events internally and externally.
• Prepare necessary documentation related to local office, organizer, and vendor management for event management.
• Support cross-functional departmental tasks and initiatives.
• Provide monthly reports and research-based activities to the department.
• Execute administrative work related to sales, finance, and external parties related to marketing campaigns and activities.
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit performance reports.
• Assist with any other tasks required by the Company or Marketing Events.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Corporate Communications, Advertising, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Good command of English and Chinese; additional language skills are an advantage due to business nature.
• Good written and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and personnel.
• Sufficient computer skills, including proficiency in Office and webinar programs.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Occasionally, weekend work may be required for events.
