Event Executive

Job Responsibility

1. Manage project timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed within set deadlines, adapting to any changes or challenges that arise.
2. Assist in meticulous planning and execution of project plans, focusing on creating seamless event experiences.
3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
4. Responsible for communication with clients, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and agents to build strong relationships and partnerships.
5. Experience in SEO, and proficiency in operating Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns is highly desirable.
6. Develop and execute creative ideas for events and marketing.

Job Requirements

1. Achieve at least Diploma in marketing, event management or related field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
4. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, with proficiency in social media management, SEO, SMO, and paid advertising.
5. Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and/or event planning.
6. Creative thinker with the availability to generate innovative ideas.
7. Up to date with latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Passionate about social media platforms, staying updated on the latest trends, and leveraging them effectively for marketing purposes.
