Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and execute captivating events and brand activations by thoroughly understanding clients' requirements and objectives.
• Generate fresh and imaginative ideas to enhance the impact and effectiveness of marketing events.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge concepts into proposals, ensuring we deliver unique experiences.
• Collaborate closely with our creative and project teams to translate ideas into seamless event solutions that surpass client expectations.
• Conduct comprehensive research, including site visits, to identify new event materials, technologies, and venues.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Event Management, Business Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Event Management, Event Operations, Project Management.
• Proven track record in delivering high-level events in Malaysia & across the region.
• Candidate is required to have prior experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about the events industry.
• Able to come up with creative ideas to pitch.
• Ability to lead an event and direct client decision-making.
• Applicants must possess their own transport.
• Good communication skills in English are a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Google Slides & Google Drive.
• Multi-tasker and able to work under pressure.
