About the company:

The company is a prominent multi-level marketing (MLM) company specializing in health supplements, personal care products, and lifestyle goods. They aim to empower individuals to achieve financial independence while promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Job Description:

  • Develop, plan, and execute efficient marketing strategies/special projects, sales, branding, operation, and recruitment.
  • Utilize Adobe software to edit catalogs, monthly promotion DM, and new product DM.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Produce high-quality and engaging content, including copywriting, graphics, images, and videos, to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Foster positive and interactive relationships with followers, advocates, and influencers to strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Organize company recognition events and incentive trips to motivate and reward high-performing team members, especially top leaders.
  • Monitor and analyze the sales performance of our top leaders within the multi-level marketing structure.
  • Handle the logistics of hall rentals for company guests, including coordination and setup.
  • Manage printing needs for various documents, marketing materials, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the direct selling industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience in Digital Integrated Content, and Animation Development is a plus point.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay updated with digital media developments and industry trends.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks, including courier management, hall rentals, printing, and charity campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising tools and analytics platforms.
  • Event management experience and the ability to organize company recognition events and incentive trips.
  • Ability to monitor and support sales performance within a direct selling marketing structure.
  • Work on weekends / public holidays when required.
  • Own a valid driving license and a car.

Remuneration: RM 3500 - RM 4300
