Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director to spearhead the creative strategy and execution of all event experiences. This role blends imaginative thinking with strategic planning, bringing to life events that are not only visually captivating but also meaningful and brand-aligned. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong design sensibility, and can lead cross-functional teams to deliver immersive, impactful events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ideation & Conceptualization
    Develop original and compelling creative concepts for events that capture attention and drive engagement.
    Interpret client goals into strategic, immersive event concepts that reflect brand identity and storytelling.
    Direct the creative elements of events including visual design, decor, staging, entertainment, and ambiance.
    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive creative execution across all event touchpoints.
    Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary creative team comprising designers, set stylists, content creators, and more.
    Foster a collaborative environment where innovation and creativity can flourish.
  2. Project Oversight
    Coordinate with event planners and producers to ensure the creative vision is executed seamlessly within scope, budget, and deadlines.
    Manage all phases of the creative lifecycle, from ideation to post-event review.
    Source and manage creative vendors (e.g., lighting, AV, decor) ensuring alignment with the creative vision.
    Negotiate contracts and oversee deliverables to maintain high standards and budget control.
    Keep abreast of emerging trends in event design, experiential marketing, and technology.
    Continuously bring fresh ideas and innovation to the table to elevate event experiences.
  3. Client Relations
    Serve as a key point of contact for clients during the creative development phase.
    Present and refine creative proposals, incorporating client feedback and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Design, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in the event industry. Minimum 4 years and above.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative event concepts and executions.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
