Event and Marketing Executive

About the role

Join Persatuan Sokongan Kanser Kanak-kanak CAKNE as an Event and Marketing Executive. This full-time role based in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan will be responsible for planning and executing engaging events to raise awareness and funds for the organisation's important work.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, including budgeting, logistics, marketing, and evaluation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualise and deliver impactful events that support the organisation's objectives
• Manage event suppliers, vendors, and volunteers to ensure seamless event execution
• Create targeted marketing campaigns to promote events and drive attendance
• Analyse event data and feedback to continually improve the event planning process
• Assist with broader marketing initiatives to raise the organisation's profile

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event management or marketing, preferably in the non-profit sector
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Creative mindset with experience in developing innovative event concepts and marketing campaigns
• Proficient in using event management and marketing software tools
• Passion for supporting charitable causes and making a positive impact in the community
