The Estimator shall be responsible for the development of a Proposal package which contains pricing with Hardware, Software, and Man days required for the given opportunity.
Works independently & is fully proficient in applying established standards of P&E role.
Estimator needs to work and coordinate with Sales Management, Sales Account Managers, LSS Leaders (FSM/SBM), LSS Marketing/Solutions Consultants, Field Service Specialists (FSS), and Solution Architect team in making the proposal/estimate.
Ensure that requests are executed within agreed cycle time.
Ensures that the final deliverable meets the functional specifications of the end user by doing thorough Level 1 quality checks.
Work closely with the Account Manager, Field Service Manager, and Field Service Specialist to produce the best technical solutions and ultimate deliverable within time and quality.
Follow the Quality standards and processes as defined by Internal global business operations.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Process flow charts, Quick Reference Documents, Checklists, etc.
Update request status in SFDC and log and update other metrics pertaining to the requirement from LOB.
