Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and policies
• Assist to ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are complied accordingly. Dealing with JKKP and DOE department.
• Conduct Safety Induction Programme for new employees and subcontractors.
• Maintain and keep all the safety documents for the purpose of inspection by government bodies and external audits.
• Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the QMS & GRS system to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Responsible for writing/revising procedures and processes to support the development of QMS & GRS standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in addressing findings or observations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure EMS & QMS standards are followed, and documentation is correctly maintained and implemented.
• Other tasks/projects assigned by Superior from time to time.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ESH and QA matters.
• Experience in GRS documentation and audit is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health standards for the industry.
• Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management.
