What to expect?
Lead and oversee ESG-related projects from inception through execution, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and time requirements. Ability to own and deliver key strategic initiatives like creating ESG policy, leading ESG comms, ESG reporting etc aligned to ESG strategy.
Develop project plans, define project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes.
Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates, and prepare progress reports.
Proactively manage project risks and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate ESG project's progress and outcomes to senior management, detailing progress, risks, and outcomes.
Engage with various internal and external stakeholders, including employees, senior leadership, and suppliers to communicate ESG initiatives and outcomes.
What will make you successful?
University degree in IT/engineering/science/economics/MBA or equivalent qualification/experience.
5 – 10 years of relevant experience within the area of project/program management.
Experience from Financial/Governance/Consulting/Program Management/Fintech industry.
