We are partnering with a publicly listed solar company, seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as an ESG Assistant Manager.
Job Description:
Familiar with sustainability technical knowledge.
Familiar with sustainability policies – local and global such as TCFD, IFRS, IREC, GRI, and Bursa requirements.
Understand and know how to provide ESG Services - from planning, strategizing, data collection, analysis, interpretation to execution, together with functional departments and external stakeholders.
Produce sustainability reports on an annual basis.
Know how to use carbon account software/sustainability software, and willing to work hands-on with vendors directly for software development.
Able to build and view policies related to ESG.
Arrange and organize exercises, events, campaigns, and roadshows related to ESG. Engage, negotiate, and strike deals with potential partners and ESG clients.
Good presentation and closing skills.
Requirements to Succeed:
Education: Undergraduate in ESG, Marketing, or relevant business courses.
Skills: Presentation skills, business & market analytics skills.
Years of Experience: 8 years and above.
Language Proficiency (Spoken/Written): English, Chinese, and Malay.
