EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As a Logistics WM/EWM/TM Consultant within ASC S/4HANA Cloud you will guide our customers to success with their cloud transformation. The role requires deep understanding of the S/4HANA Cloud business processes across functional borders, as well as a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve customer success. The candidate will be at the core of the S/4HANA Cloud organization, implementing strategic services and acting as functional Subject Matter Expert across all customer deployments. The Logistics WM/EWM/TM Consultant role is critical for our customers and SAP’s success and is accountable for the overall services and support engagement and successful delivery of ASC services.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required skills:
• Cloud mindset with focus on ensuring continuous adoption, customer success and references for S/4HANA Cloud customers. Ability to articulate solution capabilities, value, and differences from other deployment options.
• Deep product expertise and business experience with focus on SAP Warehouse Management/Extended Warehouse Management/Transportation Management processes and best practices.
• Expertise in the configuration and implementation of WM, EWM and TM.
• Have Logistics experience or logistics background in constructive discussions and conversations from a business perspective.
• Have industry business knowledge and experience that can provide consulting to at least one industry.
• Have problem-solving ability, such as presenting countermeasures to customers and leading them to solutions to problems.
• Have strong communication skills to build good relationships with employees and customers. In addition, have strong English and communication skills to communicate and deliver projects to customers across the APJ Region and collaborate with consultants within the SAP Group.
• Change management awareness to drive a value-based “fit to standard” delivery approach and manage expectations across the customer lifecycle.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to influence and communicate with senior executive management, clients, peers and team members.

Preferred skills:
• Responsible for high quality delivery in all assigned S/4HANA Cloud engagements. Able to collaborate with stakeholders across the partner ecosystem to deliver customer success.
• Experience in value management, positioning transformation roadmaps and in managing long-term customer engagements.
• Manage relationships with internal and external project stakeholders to provide visibility of progress, risks and issues.
• Close cooperation with all product and solution related teams to guide the customer as one SAP.
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of professional experience with demonstrated knowledge of at least one industry/solution segment.
• 8+ years customer facing experience within a consulting capacity.
• Deep product expertise/business experience with specific focus on SAP WM/EWM/TM. Strong knowledge of WM/EWM/TM processes and S/4HANA Cloud best practices.
• Delivery experience with SaaS cloud solutions and agile methodology (e.g. SAP Activate).
• Knowledge of the SAP product and service portfolio including differences in deployment methodology.
