Job Description:

As an ERP Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing functional assistance and support to customers using our EPICOR ERP software. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that enhance their use of the system. This role requires a mix of functional expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide functional support to ERP customers via phone, email, and remote troubleshooting.
  2. Analyze, diagnose, and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and assist with ERP system configurations.
  4. Document support cases and solutions to improve internal knowledge and processes.
  5. Guide customers in the effective use of ERP features and best practices.
  6. Work closely with the development and technical teams to escalate issues and drive improvements.
  7. Keep up-to-date with ERP product updates and features.
  8. Manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good to have:

  1. Experience in ERP support or implementation.
  2. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  3. Experience with SQL, reporting tools, and system configuration is a plus.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  5. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  6. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering results.
