ERP Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to join our team. You will provide expert consulting services to our clients, helping them implement, configure, and optimize their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

What you'll be doing

• Analyse client requirements and business processes to design and implement tailored ERP solutions
• Configure and customize ERP software to meet specific client needs
• Provide user training and support to ensure successful ERP adoption
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise with the ERP system
• Document processes and procedures to maintain system integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an ERP Consultant, ideally with exposure to implementing and supporting enterprise-level ERP systems
• Strong technical skills in ERP software configuration, customization and integration
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities to understand and address client requirements
• Effective communication and presentation skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in project management and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Familiarity with ERP best practices and industry regulations
• Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Business/ Supply Management/ Information Technology, or a related field
